Most of my career has been in the catering industry, working as a Chef, Catering Manager and successful Contract Catering business owner. I am also full qualified in Allergen Awareness and Advanced Hygiene.

I assist clients and suppliers in obtaining and recording correct allergen and nutritional information, ensuring they are compliant with current legal and regulatory requirements. I have over 30 years in the catering industry spanning a few roles and am lead auditor trained and also trained in Allergy Awareness. I am also undertaking my Nutrition and Weight Management Diploma.
Group Sales Director
I promote the ways in which CaterCloud will benefit and support our clients' needs by providing them with accurate and reliable allergen information, and helping them streamline their kitchen processes.
I build and develop relationships with our customers. I input their views and feedback into the further development of CaterCloud. I am also on hand and happy to help answer any queries and provide system support and training. I have been with CaterCloud from the very start, watching the system mature and develop and I am excited for the future and where we can take the platform. I am also fully trained to Level 3 in Allergen Awareness.
I am responsible for the day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing, cash collections and other accounting transactions. I have over 10 years' experience in the food industry and a sound understanding of our clients' requirements.
Chief Technology Officer
I lead our IT development team to ensure that the system is running smoothly and I also lead the ongoing development projects for future system enhancements ensuring our software stays ahead of the game. I've worked in IT and software for over 20 years, and CaterCloud is by far the most exciting product!
I run the development of the CaterCloud platform, overseeing the capturing of requirements through to design and development, testing and release to our users. I pioneer systems innovations that empower our clients to achieve success with the safest and most competitive catering business operations. I am always keeping my out for future trends.

Chief Operating Berry (COB)
My job is to show potential clients the benefits of CaterCloud, how to use the system and how to protect your customers. I have been with CaterCloud since it's inception and will always welcome you with a smile and a wave.
Senior Client Support
I support all our clients with the aim of building and maintaining key client relationships. I also work with Rob Henry on the accreditation side of things and also make sure our Buyer's Club supplier list is up-to-date. I enjoy working as part of a highly motivated and knowledgeable team.
